www.SpamRival.com REFUND POLICY (Last Updated: August 20, 2005 10:55 EST) SpamRival.com will work with any internet email address where the ISP supports the industry standard POP3 protocol for email collection. Occassionally some ISPs do not allow SpamRival.com to connect via the POP3 protocol. These typically include only the major ISPs such as AOL.COM, etc. which use a non-standard proprietary protocol. If SpamRival.com is unable to connect to your ISP to collect your mail, we will be happy to refund your money within the first fifteen days of your subscription. If, however, you are experiencing configuration problems with your email program, etc then we do not feel a refund is justified. We will be happy to help you configure your system (via the SUPPORT link in the MEMBERS' AREA) but the refund is not justified in our opinion.
